How do I order fabric samples?
Here at the Custom Cushion Factory we understand the request of customers wanted to see a fabric in person due to monitor color variations and texture questions. Please visit our fabric section and give us a call to request any cushion fabric samples free of charge.

Is using a credit card online safe?
YES, we run through a highly secure network and all charges are charged through Authorize.net using an online SSL 256 bit encryption. After payments have been made the companies software automatically and securely discards the information.

How long will my order take to receive?
Due to every order being different and factory/season times constantly varying, orders can ship anywhere from 10-14 business days but can always be checked on via phone.
